Refund and Return Policy

Big Bear Biohacking is committed to customer satisfaction. This Refund and Return Policy explains the conditions under which returns and refunds are accepted.

RETURN WINDOW

Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery. Requests submitted after 14 days will not be accepted.

ELIGIBLE RETURN REASONS

Returns are accepted only for the following reasons:

1. Product arrived damaged during shipping

2. Product received does not match the product ordered

3. Product is defective or fails to meet specifications listed on the product page

4. Order was not received within 14 days of expected delivery date

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Due to the nature of research compounds and the requirement to maintain product integrity, the following are not eligible for return:

- Products that have been opened or used

- Products that have been improperly stored after delivery

- Products beyond the 14-day return window

- Products purchased in error or no longer needed

- Bacteriostatic water and other supplies

HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN

To initiate a return, contact us at info@bigbearbiohacking.com with the following information:

- Order number

- Reason for return

- Photographs of the product and packaging (for damage claims)

- Description of the issue

We will review your request and respond within 2 business days with return authorization and shipping instructions.

REFUND PROCESSING

Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned product. Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at purchase.

For damaged or incorrect orders, we may issue a replacement at no additional cost in lieu of a refund, at the customer's preference.

SHIPPING COSTS

For approved returns due to our error (damaged, defective, or incorrect product), Big Bear Biohacking covers return shipping costs.

For all other return circumstances, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Orders may be canceled prior to shipment by contacting us immediately at info@bigbearbiohacking.com. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled and is subject to the return policy outlined above.

CHARGEBACK POLICY

If you have a concern about your order, please contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with your bank or credit card company. We are committed to resolving issues fairly and quickly.
