Shipping Policy

Big Bear Biohacking ships research compounds within the United States only. This Shipping Policy outlines our shipping practices, timeframes, and customer responsibilities.

PROCESSING TIME

Orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days of order confirmation, excluding weekends and federal holidays. Orders placed after 2:00 PM Eastern Time will be processed the following business day.

SHIPPING METHODS

We ship via United States Postal Service (USPS) using Priority Mail flat rate packaging. Standard shipping cost is $8.95 per order.

FREE SHIPPING

Orders with a subtotal of $200.00 or more qualify for free standard shipping within the United States. Free shipping is automatically applied at checkout when your order meets the threshold.

DELIVERY TIMEFRAMES

Estimated USPS Priority Mail delivery is 2-3 business days from the date of shipment. Actual delivery times may vary based on destination and carrier conditions. Big Bear Biohacking is not responsible for carrier delays.

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing a USPS tracking number. You may track your shipment directly through the USPS website at usps.com.

GEOGRAPHIC RESTRICTIONS

We currently ship within the 50 United States only. We do not ship to international destinations, U.S. territories, APO/FPO addresses, or PO Boxes. Orders submitted with addresses outside our shipping zone will be canceled and refunded.

PRODUCT HANDLING

All products are shipped in protective packaging appropriate to the product type. Products requiring temperature-sensitive handling are shipped according to manufacturer specifications. Customers are responsible for receiving and properly storing products immediately upon delivery according to the storage conditions listed on each product page.

LOST OR DAMAGED SHIPMENTS

If your shipment arrives damaged or fails to arrive within 14 days of ship date, contact us immediately at info@bigbearbiohacking.com. Claims must be submitted within 14 days of expected delivery. We will work with USPS to resolve claims and arrange replacement or refund as appropriate.

ADDRESS ACCURACY

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping addresses. Orders returned due to incorrect addresses will be refunded less original shipping cost. Re-shipment requires a new order at the customer's expense.

RESEARCH USE ONLY

All products shipped by Big Bear Biohacking are sold strictly for laboratory research and analytical use. Not for human or animal consumption. Not for use in diagnostic or therapeutic procedures.
